Sometimes you just HAVE to apply make-up in order to pick yourself up.
I’ve been shying away from make up for almost a month now, I’ve really just been to sick and sore to BOTHER.
Yesterday I took great pleasure in dolling myself up, the results were a little O.T.T considering I spent the day in the house.
I had a few products I had bought a week previous from Illamasqua's official website (HERE) and really wanted to try them out so I gave it a go.
On my eyes I wore Illamasqua Liquid Metal (£17.50) in
resolute
It is a lovely ruby red, very striking and definatly lives up to its liquid metal name
I blended it out with their pure pigment (£15.50) in Incite a
beautiful warm gold, I used very little product,it looks a little mucky due to me conturing the sockets with an unknown, unbranded ancient brown I found in my mums room....how professional!
Incite itself is an absolutely stunning pigment.

I wore Illamasqua Rich Liquid foundation (£21.50)
It is an amazing product and it gives you a flawless finish.
I love it, its the only foundation light enough for my colouring.
It’s quite
dry though so if you have any flaky bits this foundation will show them up, My advice would be to exfoliate and moisturise prior to wearing!
A primer wouldn’t go astray either, I never use primers, I never saw the point

I saw Illamasquas lovely Matt Primer which sells for £19.50
I am so sad Illamasqua are no longer in BT2.
I ADORE THIS BRAND.
I need all their make up in my life.

I can only HOPE one day my love returns to me.
